CRUSH-ALL CR95

CRUSH-ALL® is an IMPACT or JAW crusher in a bucket.  Fully ADJUSTABLE to make nearly any size you desire. RE-BAR and wire are no problem. Only two (2) reversible blow bars or jaw dies. Bars are available in a variety of materials. Jaw dies are made from manganese steel. CRUSH-ALL® is available in several models to fit nearly every application. Please refer to our “excavator requirement chart” when deciding what model CRUSH-ALL® will work for you. Don’t worry about the pin connection. We supply replaceable bushings to adapt CRUSH-ALL® to nearly every pin size. Quick disconnect hitches are no problem. Hydraulically speaking, most excavators with a 3rd valve or hammer kit will operate CRUSH-ALL® with only minor modifications. Regardless, we provide all the necessary schematic diagrams you will need to plumb your machine if required.  We make it simple and easy. Our in house hydraulic technicians are available to do complete installations including plumbing at your site our ours! *1Results based on CR75 & 125 will vary based on operator skill level and various other factors. HOW DO THE COSTS OF OPERATING CRUSH-ALL® COMPARE WITH OTHER CRUSHING SYSTEMS?+
THE “LESS IS MORE” PRINCIPLE applies to CRUSH-ALL®. LESS PARTS = LESS EXPENSE! The design of other crushing systems is complex. These crushing systems require multiple components in order to operate. For instance, a hopper, feeder, auxiliary power, conveyors and more are required. NOT with CRUSH-ALL®! The beauty of CRUSH-ALL® is that, unlike other systems, CRUSH-ALL® combines these features into one machine, making CRUSH-ALL® extremely EFFICIENT. Since CRUSH-ALL® is an attachment, it does not require a loader to feed material in, and it does not require a conveyor or loader to stock pile. Thus, the SIMPLICITY of CRUSH-ALL® makes it significantly less expensive to operate and maintain and its RUGGED design provides for durability and longevity.
WHAT ABOUT MAINTENANCE AND PARTS?+
GROUND BASED. All of the CRUSH-ALL® can be accessed from the ground. CRUSH-ALL’s® DESIGN is based on SIMPLICITY AND ACCESSIBILITY OF PARTS. Most portable crushing systems require ladders and cranes to service and access internal parts. Therefore, more time is spent trying to service, access and maintain portable crushing systems. CRUSH-ALL’s® SIMPLICITY OF DESIGN translates into easier maintenance and less parts. LESS PARTS = LESS POTENTIAL PROBLEMS = LESS COST. Most crushers require several hours, even days to replace simple wear parts, not CRUSH-ALL®! Less maintenance time means more run time. Also, CRUSH-ALL®‘s MODULAR DESIGN allows it to be disassembled in large pieces allowing the moving parts to have greater exposure. Modular means it is not cast on one piece, but rather several larger pieces. If the machine is damaged or wears in one area, simple replacement of a component can be done rather than replacing the entire frame. CRUSH-ALL® utilizes similar material for its wear parts as that of other industry standard crushers. This proven material ensures maximum life with the least expense.
